  DO NOT TRUST. CROOKS. THIEVES. SCAMS. John Xiu is a crook. They took the fee to run credit reports and backgrounds and did NOT run the reports. Once given the money, unable to reach him. I had to block my number and then he answered call. Once he answered he told me to take it up with company and hung up on me. CROOKS. THIEVES. SCAMS. DO NOT TRUST THEM

  I will not recommend a Realtor here called Jay Varghese. Be wary of him and get everything in writing. I lost my Earnest Deposit in a house I was about to buy using him. Strangely the approval from the Loan company he worked for came within 24 hrs after I withdrew from the contract. You be the judge. Never accept the pressure to do a Loan through him. I made a complaint to the Realtor commission too. The broker of record Frank Chan won't involve himself or call for a meeting if you complain.

  If I could give this company no stars, I would, especially the Realtor Dana Wang. She refused to even show me a property she was renting. I filed a discrimination complaint. I would never use this company!
